Any Way to unregister an e-mail

A while back I registered an e-mail account to the website, the person is no longer with the site. I was able to remove them from the site but is there any way to unregister the e-mail that was linked to that account (I signed on for him).
Wish there was an easier way to sign people up to WordPress.

If your are not the blog’s owner and original Admin then you need to contact them and have them change the email address because it is the unique identifier.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address.
To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B, the blog’s owner A must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog you want to transfer to the other username account.
Then A adds the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.
