Any way to use the MORE tag without affecting feed?

I like using the MORE tag from time time to make it easier for visitors to my blog to skip past my lengthy, off-topic posts. However, I would like for this to not prevent the entire post from being displayed in my feed. I hate feeds that provide only summaries, and forcing feed subscribers to click out of their feed reader and visit my site just to finish an article is troubling to me.
If there’s currently no way to do this, does anybody think there would be community demand for a MORE2 tag (or something like that) that would leave the feed alone?

you could try changing themes that automatically shortens your post without the more tag, like hemingway.

That would be one option for people who don’t care about what theme they’re using. Unfortunately, Hemingway (as presented on WordPress.com) has a whole bunch of other problems that far outweigh this little pet peeve of mine.
