  I assume you mean Themes, which add design and features to a WordPress.com site. You can browse all of our themes that feature Testimonials at this link:

  There isn’t a discount option. We also don’t offer monthly payments. But, you can change packages at any time. So, if you want to start and build your site with the lower packages and upgrade when there’s a feature you want but can’t get, that can be a good way to go about building your blog or site and incrementing the cost of the Business Plan.
