Anybody home?

This is really getting ridiculous.
1. The “Contact Support” link in my admin bar dropdown menu says support is closed.
2. I no longer have a “Feedback” or “Support” link in the upper right corner of my dashboard.
3. Despite the fact that staff has said repeatedly to check the forums when something goes wrong, there is nothing here to explain the brokenness that we see here.Did Automattic go under without anyone telling us?

Following their prolonged meetings in San Francisco after WordCamp, Mark went home to the UK and then went on vacation. That’s all I know as no announcement of any kind whatsoever has been made.
Yesterday Matt answered a few threads and aside from that Joseph posted on the facebook app.

I don’t think they’ve gone under, they’ve just closed support for the summer. Presumably normal service will be resumed in September.

I’m marking this resolved even though it’s a symptom of a larger problem that most definitely is NOT resolved.

From the support page:
“Normal support hours are Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5PM PDT”
While Mark is on vacation myself and others are doing more support work.
