  Cannot access / open my WP site. my credentials are same for 4 years. locked out. no help.

  WordPress.com has excellent support for the sites that are hosted here. You’ve just created an account here but your site isn’t on WordPress.com servers. Your site is hosted with GoDaddy Canada so you either ask them for advice or as your site will be using the WordPress.org software you could register an account at the correct support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
