Anyone else having trouble with Export filters?
-
Hello, I’m trying to export a few selected blog posts so that I can transfer them to a new blog I’ve created. I remember a few weeks ago there being filter options on my Tools ->Export page (as described here http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/) but when I go to it now, there are no filter options.
Is anyone else having this issue? Is there an option where I could have accidentally turned it off somewhere?
Many thanks,

There have been some bugs with the roll-out of the latest version of software – you should not be able to turn off those options.

i had this reply from wordpress support:
Hi,
The export filters are currently not there as we are working on a few related bugs. Things should be back shortly though and if you check back in a bit they should be there.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Cheers,

Any idea how soon ‘shortly’ is – I really need this feature back. Would be nice to know if we are talking a few more hours, or days…

I’m not sure if the filters are the cause of this, but it seems that their is missing data from the exports regardless of choosing a filter!
e.g.

The Intern

Uncategorized
See the category under the author! Well that only exists of one of my posts (one which was created on the self-hosted site, the rest all from WP.com do not have that tag, so it seems that their is a bug which isn’t exporting both category and tag information!
