Anyone had problems with domain registration?

  I’m just trying to renew my domain. WordPress still has it listed with Wild West Domains, but it’s not, according to WWD.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Staff will help you sort this out as soon as they work their way forward to this thread. Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – earliest posted are first served, as would be expected.

  How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are..

  The WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner of seriousgamesatwork.org . So that is probably the crux of your issue.

  Could you have set up a second WordPress.com account at some point for some reason?

  Thank you for your response. The email ID under which I am currently logged into WordPress (and posting this response) is the same email address listed for the domain’s owner. It is also the same email address that my hosting provider has listed for me. I’m not sure which of these accounts you mean, or if there’s another one that you’re talking about.
