anyone having trouble following password reset instructions

  I forgot my password and wanted to reset it. I clicked the “forgot password” link, got email and went to reset site. I tried a half-dozen passwords before it accepted one. They ALL had a capital letter, lower case letters, numbers, and were at least 7 characters long. I read and re-read the instructions and couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. Are there additional rules to setting the password that are not written on the site?

  At this point, it’s moot but would like to know I’m not an idiot!
