Anyone Home to Sell a WP Plan?

I am trying to reach a live human at WordPress to understand some features of the Business plan before I fork over $300. One key question is what kind of live support is really available, and for what kinds of questions. I’m not encouraged by how hard it is to find a person to talk to just to sell me the plan!

There are no limitations on what type of WordPress related questions you will ask. Support will do the best to provide the needed help in any case.

I had found those pages, just uncertain what the realities are, as the support pages are a bit cautious about whether live chat is frequently available, etc. And very odd not to be able to find a way to chat with them for sales help before I pay them a substantial fee.
You have found that customer support is really accessible and good?
