  How do you post your podcast on your site? Can you even do that? Do you have to upgrade?

  You can.

  You don’t need an upgrade if you have a different host for the mp3 like Fileden. If you want to host it at WordPress.com you need the space upgrade.

  Is Podomatic compatible with WordPress?
  I’m trying to figure out how to link my podcast to my blog site Itsallaboutmeeee.com and it wont accept the Podomatic link. rss Feed: http://itsallaboutmeeee.podomatic.com/rss2.xml

  I also cannot embed any of the music players

  You cannot use iframes here. Have you done a search of the Support documents for “Podcast” and related terms? http://support.wordpress.com/
