Anyone used Bot-A-Blog (blog e-mail subscription srvc)?

  I’m looking for a free blog e-mail subscription service to alert readers when I’ve posted a new blog. I came across Bot-A-Blog in my search. (Link: http://www.botablog.com)

  I’ve never heard of this service, but I’m pretty new to exploring the subscription services. Has anyone used this service? Is it reputable? Anyone had good or bad experiences with it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  How can I offer email updates?

  I’ve never heard of the service you mentioned, so can’t offer an opinion. I’m quite satisfied with Feedburner, referenced in the above link.
