Anyway to change how I get access to my dashboard?

    So I like the more complex dashboard. Complexity doesn’t scare me, in fact I prefer it. I have more power with what I want to do with my blog. For some reason WordPress thought it was a good idea to change how I manage my blog. I was able to change it to the old dashboard, but the only way I can get access to it is if I click new post. Why can’t I just go to my logo on the top right and select dashboard like it used to be? Why change it?

    I find it really irritating. Is there anyway I can make things the way they were?
