Anyway to go back and add the "more" code?

Just put up a long post, and forgot the “more” insertion. Is there a way to go back and add it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, just open the post in the editor, go to the end of the paragraph where you want the read more tag, hit return and then insert the read more tag. Update the post.

Okay, did that..appreciate it. What I wanted was for those who follow the blog to visit it, but once I hit publish it’s apparently too late. Guess I answered my own question.
