Anyway to make a contact us widget / sidebar

  Is there any way to add a contact us sidebar / widget instead of a contact info?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sure you can put the contact form in the sidebar. You can do it by doing the following:

  1. Go to your contact page and edit the post.
  2. Select the code for the contact form. Everything from [contact_form] to [/contact_form] and do a ctrl + x to cut the text.
  3. Go to Appearance > Widgets.
  4. Look for the Text widget and add that to sidebar.
  5. In the body of the widget you just created, past the code you cut from step 2.
  6. Save the changes to your widget.
  7. Refresh your page and you will see the contact form in the sidebar.
