  Not on WordPress.com, no. (There’s no point – almost no one makes money from them)

  You can put an Amazon wishlist or affiliate link in your sidebar or in an original book or movie review. But no banner ads and no spamming please – WordPress.com is for blogs, not blinkenlight-monetizing-squeezeplugs.
