    Hi Tina,

    While you might have a WordPress site, it looks like your site is hosted over at HostGator rather than here with us at WordPress.com. You will want to reach out to them to see what the issue is with your site.

    In case you’re not aware, there is a small difference between WordPress.com (which is us) and WordPress.org, which provides self-hosted sites which can be hosted anywhere (such as HostGator). You can read more about the differences right here:
