API Connection to Mailchimp Not Working!

Mailchimp API key works on other websites tested by Thrive Tech Support. Error message on WP Dashboard: ‘The connection didn’t work. Could not connect to Mailchimp using the provided key. (Service Unavailable).’ How can I fix this? Can’t get my product launch up and running without this!!

I was just working with MailChimp on my site, too! Maybe I can help since this is still fresh.
- If you could send over a few details, it could help me pinpoint what is going on:
- The address of your site. I could take a look at your theme and other plugins. (ex. http://www.yoursite.com)
- Your plan type.
- What MailChimp feature you’d like on your site. WordPress requires different plans for different integrations of MailChimp.
I’ll watch for a reply, I know product launches can be on a tight timeline.
