    I am interested in creating a website/blog through wordpress but must integrate certain APIs/functionality from a third party service provider which my company is attached to.
    is this kind of service included in the custom design that comes with a premium or business account?

    The functionality that you want, would it require you to code your requirements at the backend or via custom plugins?

    If so, that’s not possible. Premium and Business plans allow you to customize the front-end including fonts and CSS. List of plugins that are available to use:

    If you want the ability to code functionality or use custom plugins, you might want to use a self-hosted WordPress install, which is different from the hosted WordPress.com platform:
