API issues

    Hello. We updated our Elegant Themes subscription and got a new API key. I keep trying to update the key in the Updates tab so that I can do plugin updates and such. I hit save but as soon as i go to another menu option it resets to the old API key. I’ve tried saving it over 5 times. Why does it keep resetting even though I’m saving it correctly?

    It Looks like you’re in the wrong forum. Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress.

    You need to contact Elegant Themes regarding your issue.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

    For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

    These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only.
