  So i conttacted my host provider and they need to allow outbound connections. They need this info..where can I find this?

  Local script filename (and location) which needs the outbound connection:

  Exact purpose of this connection:

  …
  Please note that our firewall is IP based. If the remote host changes its IP address in the future, please notify us of the change.

  Thanks. I tried everything nad nothing yet. People had probelms with the before and nothing was resolved.
