API key & Jetpack
-
I have used the same API key for years. Now it does not work. When I try to connect Jetpack from my site, I get this msg:
Jetpack could not contact WordPress.com: register_http_request_failed. This usually means something is incorrectly configured on your web host.GnuTLS recv error (-9): A TLS packet with unexpected length was received.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Can you please contact Jetpack support directly as we’re not able to help you with this in the forums. The folks at Jetpack support has access to all your account information and will be better able to help with this.

Ok. I have had the same API key since 2007. It no longer works. Has it expired or do I now have to pay?

You’ll really need to ask the folks at Jetpack support, please. I don’t have access to that data, as we only provide support for WordPress.com sites in this forum.

I have read your response. I don’t have any information on your API key. Jetpack support has, that is why I asked you to please contact them.
This forum is only for help with WordPress.com sites, not Jetpack sites, and I am not able to help you as I don’t have access to the account information needed to help you.
You can reach Jetpack support via this link: https://jetpack.com/contact-support/
Or you can post in the Jetpack forums on WordPress.org:
