api key problems at localhost

    hi

    i have the api key but when i enter that key for plugins at my localhost it doesnt work..kindly send me another key or suggest me what i should do to solve this prblem..

    It will not be because your API is broken for sure ;) I would suggest reading and making sure you comply with everything on the Akistmet FAQ including:

    My API key doesn't work!

We get this pretty often, try these steps:

    * Try the key again, after a few minutes.
    * Type in the key instead of copying and pasting it.
    * Ensure that your host can make outgoing HTTP requests to akismet.com. (Many hosts block or firewall outgoing connections.)
