  Can I create a WordPress ecommerce website with API integration?

  I want to build an e-commerce website integrating drop shipping. The drop shipper is in Italy and they use Prestashop as the backbone to link the website to them. When an order is placed Prestashop sends the order to them and they ship it.

  Thanks for the details. You would need a plugin for that and plugins are available on plans Business or eCommerce.
  Now the plugin you need would be something that integrates with the WordPress REST API so I’d recommend having a look here:

  If you were not planning on writing a plugin for that, I would recommend finding a an existing Prestashop plugin that would give you the features you’re looking for.
