Apostrophe 2 Thumbnails are cut off

The thumbnail doesnt resize the blog post image to fit on the homepage. All my images on the home page are not showing the whole image. I can not figure out how to fix this.

Hi! Apostrophe will generally crop to a square image, with a few exceptions that can display at a different specific width. All of the images may be cropped to fit the grid.
If you want to keep images in their original dimensions, can I recommend https://wordpress.com/theme/baskerville-2/ instead?
It has a masonry style grid designed to work with images whether they’re square, portrait, landscape, or any given aspect ratio. You can also choose to display a little text or the entire post with each image.
