Apostrophe, can't unfollow blogs/log in

  Please help.
  I am trying desperately to unfollow a blog but when I go to manage my subscriptions and put in my email address, it tells me it is an invalid email. I’m assuming this is because it contains an apostrophe. The emails are coming from the blog for a company I no longer work for and I would really really like to stop receiving them.
