  please i want to know why appearance editor is not available on wordpress.com. I am trying to create a website on it and i really need the feature. Or is there another feature that can perform appearance function??

  Are you referring to the Appearance option when you click on My site → WP Admin. or Appearance editor itself?

  If that is what you meant, Appearance editor is only available on self-hosted WordPress.org website and it’s not available on WordPress.com. You can read about the editors that are available on WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/editors/
