    I’m not sure if I’ll be able to find a template that does this EXACTLY, but I’m going to do my darnedest to try.

    Generally, I try to give a mix of free and premium themes, but with your specifications, I’m not finding a free theme that will suit your needs.

    I then bought the “on demand” theme based on her suggestion.

    so what are you going to do to fix this? do you need to refund me and switch it to swell? I just want this to work and I really feel Im not getting anywhere w your support. so options are help or full refund including outside expenses.

    All of these themes Robyn suggested feature video heavily. But as she mentioned, they don’t do exactly what you’ve specified. I’m happy to help you set up any of these themes to your liking. I can also issue a refund if you’d prefer.

    thank you – can you just tell me what to do.

    I want an image slider which can display video then 9-12 images that are video links below that.

    if you can do this w/o refunding and just switching themes would that be easier?

    We have directions for setting up the Featured Carousel in the On Demand theme here:

    How do I set up the Home Page Featured Carousel?

    1. Within your admin, click Settings → Reading.
    2. For Front page displays select Your latest posts. Then click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
    3. Make sure you have published several posts in the same category.
    4. Go to Appearance → Theme Options. In the Home – Featured Carousel section, choose that category with the published posts.
    5. You can limit the number of posts shown in the slider by the Carousel Count. (In the example below, Featured only has 4 posts so far, but eventually the carousel will show at most 6, if more posts are published in the category “Featured”.)
    6. Click the Save Changes button in the Home – Featured Carousel section.

    There are some images as the link above, which may be helpful. The slider will display the Featured Image from each post that is featured. Clicking on them will lead you to pages like this one:

    Okay! That area of your page shows the latest posts published on your site. In order to fill in those areas, you’ll need to create the 9-12 posts with featured images:

    They’ll automatically appear there. :)

    You can also force posts to that area by making them sticky.

    Im sorry but that really didnt help. I feel like Im going in circles. I need to get this done too. Ive been emailing you guys back and forth for a week now and still havent gotten the right answer.

    It’s time for the refund – I’m checking with the others involved, but I know we payed $75 for the theme.

    I’m checking to see what all we payed to wordpress – so start w the theme first and I’ll get back to you on the rest.

    I’m switching to squarespace just so you know – I hope they will be more knowledgable about the products the sell.

    I’m happy to refund your purchases though. I’ve gone ahead and refunded your theme purchase. I also see a purchase for Domain Mapping for tcchristensen.com. Do you want me to refund that as well?

    It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.

    I just issued a refund for that. Domain Mapping is $13. As I mentioned before, it normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
