  Hello,
  I would like to upload my purchased theme ‘Genesis Framework’ & ‘Brunch Pro’ but I don’t know how this works! The ‘Install Themes’ Section is not displayed! Can I get some help, please!?

  you cannot upload third-party themes to a WordPress.com site.
