    Hi neeigajjar
I can’t see ‘Wp-Admin’ in My Sites (or In WP Admin area left-hand side menu), so I don’t have the option of appearance button.
    Could you help me? thanks

It might help if you explain what you need the “appearance” button for. Did you perhaps previously use it on a different site? In /wp-admin “appearance” leads you to themes/customize/widgets etc that are easily reached individually in the “My Sites” dashboard.
(Note that the “appearance” button in the WordPress.org software has different features to the one here at WordPress.com).

    Hi
Yes, I am quite new in wordpress, and try to rework on our group website.
The theme we used before is 2011, and no where I can add our logo. I realised that the theme of 2011 is no way to add logo. So I changed the theme / template to Hammer. Then I lost the ‘appearance’ thing. There are a few things I want to fix but don’t know how? First, how to add a multiple images randomly played every time. Second, how to change the menu’s margin, at moment the margin of row is too high, where I can find way to change this? Third, can I change the menu’s background colour? Fourth, can I insert the social logos on the top right of the page, the same row of logo?
    thanks

Maybe another question, when I change the theme/template, can I keep the existing page but applying the the new template exactly? At moment, it looks like only changed some of the feature of the new template but all the margins are wrong. Can I get exactly the same layout of the new template without delete the existing pages?

As Hammer is a paid-for theme you can get assistance from the author of the theme: https://wordpress.com/theme/hammer/support
If you have the Premium plan you can also get assistance with CSS at that same link above. See also: https://wordpress.com/theme/hammer/setup
