appearance changes from old to new posts
-
this is kinda tough to explain, but it’s driving me NUTS. when i go to my blog, none of my pages show up on the sidebar like they’re supposed to… but when i scroll to the bottom and click “older entries,” they’re all there, and everything looks perfect.
so my question is this: how do i keep the formatting the same on ALL posts? why am i losing my pages on my newer entries?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please read this entry I link to below so we are clear about terminology and can help you. Pages and posts are completely different. The theme you are using requires the Page widget to be placed in your sidebar for links to Pages to become accessible.

If however, you are not referring to static Pages but to Posts then you can place a Recent Posts widget in your sidebar to make the Posts accessible.

You’ve lost the sidebar and the inner background. That’s due to bad HTML in one or more posts. In almost any other theme you would click on each post title to see which post is causing the issue. But in Black-Letterhead single posts don’t display the sidebar anyway, so you need to go to Settings>Reading, change the number of posts per page to 1, click Save changes, then visit your blog and check things by clicking Older Entries till you locate the culprit. Then we can tell you what you need to correct.
If you want a faster solution and you don’t care which post had what problem, go to Settings>Writing, tick the option “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically”, click Save Changes, then go to Posts, change all your latest posts to Draft, click Update, change them back to Published, click Update again. (You can edit all 9 at once: tick the square in front of their titles then select Edit from the Bulk Actions dropdown and click Apply.)
