  I need to remove certain items from appearing on the monitor. How do I put the posts into pages and in turn numerical order

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you care to tell us which certain items you wish to hide, or do you want us to guess?

  Posts and Pages are entirely different things. If you make blog posts, they go in reverse chronological order on the main landing page of your site, unless you fiddle with it so that it opens on a static page. If you do that, you will have to create a new page and designate that for the blog posts.
