Appearance for Premium Theme "React" / Swtching over to "Portfolio"

  Hello,
  I am wondering what is the simplest method for adding a “post slider” to the theme “React,” similar to the theme “Portfolio” that would allow me to customize which projects or posts show up in the slide?

  They are both Theme Foundry products and what would be amazing is if “React” and “Portfolio” had a baby called “Re-Folio.” and it combined the amazingness of both themes :)

  If there is no simple solution (which i’m almost certain there isn’t aside from going to self hosted.org, then my other question is: Can I switch the “React” theme for the “Portfolio” theme without having to buy another premium theme?

  From what I gathered on your premium theme support page it says:
  “… You can always switch to any other Premium theme or one of our other fantastic free themes. And don’t worry, we’re adding more and more free themes all the time. :)”

  So does that mean I can switch from the premium theme “React” over to “Portfolio” if the first part of my question is impossible.
