Appearance has disappeared from WordPress Dashboard

  Hi there,

  I’ve been hoping to change my blog’s appearance and have just realised that the ‘appearance’ tab is no longer on the list at the left hand side when I go to my blog’s dashboard. How do I change this? Help!!

  P.S there’s probably more missing but I can’t remember what was there before.

  You have the user role of author on http://thevisualgrammar.wordpress.com

  If you want to be able to change the site’s appearance, you’ll need to ask the blog’s owner to give you the appropriate user role.
