Appearance in my dashboard

I can’t find “Appearance” in my dashboard sidebar, but Theme is reprasents the brush icon what is the reason, and how can i solve it?

You have collapsed your menu. Just click on the arrow at the bottom as indicated and it will expand your menu again.

Those options are not for a WordPress.com dashboard. Can you please provide the URL of the blog for which you’re trying to do this?
It might also help if you can provide a screenshot of what you see. Press the Print Screen button on your computer keyboard, then go to http://snag.gy/ and press Ctrl-V and post the URL it generates here.

Ah, okay. The Android app works completely differently from the browser dashboard. I don’t think the appearance options are available from the app. To access those you’ll need to use a computer or the browser on your phone, though unless you have a rather large screen it will be difficult on the phone.
Also, the app version of WordPress has its own support forum which you will find here: http://android.forums.wordpress.org/forum/troubleshooting That forum is hosted on WordPress.org, so you’ll have to register a username there before you can post in that forum.
