  Why does my post title (not the site header) move to the bottom of the page when I publish? I type it into the box at the top, but it never appears at the top. I am using a customized Hemingway theme.

  Hi Deborah,

  I’m sure you’ve noticed that some themes have different post types which you can set blog posts as. It ranges from Standard, Aside, Image, Video, Quote, etc. You can read about the various types here:

  Post Formats

  In this case, the Hemingway Rewritten theme puts the title for Image posts at the bottom of the actual post. Image posts usually are quite short, so it makes a certain amount a sense. An image, maybe a few words, and the title of the image. You have just expounded on your images quite a lot. You can go in and change the post type quite easily though. Just edit your post and on the right hand side of the screen select a different post format and then hit update. Your post title should be where it usually is!
