  My site’s appearance has changed very recently, and the main photo is not loading. Wonder what has changed and please need help turning it back. Thanks very much.

  Hi there,

  What’s the URL of the site you’re working on?

  http://theyyscenecom.wordpress.com/ only contains the demo content it was created with, and hasn’t been updated since 2017.

  If you’re speaking of https://theyyscene.com/, that site is connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin, but it’s not hosted on our servers, and we have no control over or information about it beyond what’s provided through the Jetpack connection.

  Jetpack keeps a log of changes on your site, but as you’re using the free version of Jetpack that log is very limited. You can see that here:

  If that doesn’t explain the changes you’re seeing, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider directly for help. They can help you check the server logs to see if there was any unauthorised access to your site, and if your hosting plan includes site backups, they’ll be able to help you restore your site to an earlier version.
