Appearance, Media Library, Sample Page and Customize theme issues

    I am having the following issues with our site – and not sure how to solve or what the issue may be. The site was running fine with a great slideshow formatted on the home page – and about 3 weeks ago – it started having issues. Would love some input if anyone has it. I have tried disabling plug-ins and testing one by one – no luck.
    1. Appearance: Divi Theme Options – upload logo – will not upload from Media Library. If uploading new – looks like it is doing – but just spins. Media Library shows fine when just looking at library. – but no images will load to any pages.
    2. Similar to above – Add Media option to any pages – will not load – spins at the Media Library. Uploading will load image to library but not to page. In an effort to get an image on the home page (I had an 8 image slide show that was great – but it disappeared and will not work now) I copied code from one page and added it to the home page to get something on there.
    3. Woo Commerce – at checkout – system stalls – ball just spins and sale will not go through. Woo said this was due to two things – memory on the server and PHP needed to be version 5.4 – they both are now and no success getting this to work. I have a message in to Woo Commerce to have them look into.
    4. Pages – Sample Layout option – will not load and sample layouts.
    5. Customize Theme – hit Save and Publish – looks like it saved – but when you go to leave page – it has the dialog box saying all changes will be lost. A halo appears around the save box after hitting – not sure why. No customization can be made to the theme.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
