Appearance – Menu – Custom Menu – pages don't show up

  I am trying to create a custom menu using the Twenty Eleven theme. I have created five pages. I want each page represented on the menu, but in the Pages box, the pages that I have created don’t appear. What do I need to do to make them show up?
