Appearance of blog name on dashboard and email notifications of posts

  Why did my blog start appearing as “johnbalya.com” on my dashboard, and in email notifications, my blog name is displayed as [untitled]

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Currently your site is untitled as seen by going to Appearance > Customize > Site Title in your Dashboard. Here’s the direct link:
