Appearance of Comment Section

I am working on a blog (it is in the very early stages while I familiarize myself with wordpress) using the Quentin theme and I would like to know if there is any way to remove this language:
“You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b><cite>
<del datetime=""> <i> <q cite=""> <strike> " from just below the comment input field?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We need a link to the blog in question please starting with http://
Without it we cannot provide an correct answer to your question. If you are referring to a free blog from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM then do you have the CSS editing upgrade or not?
FWIW the information you point to lets visitors who wish to leave comments know which HTML tags they can use in comments.

Oh, okay! Sorry about that. Let me go in and make the blog public and…. okay. Here is the link:
http://livinese.wordpress.com/
I know what it is there for, but this is for a group of blogs that will be private and only used by people who are very unfamiliar with blogging, HTML, and computers in general. Having the text there will only confuse them. I just want to hide it!
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me! -

I will flag this thread so out Moderators move it to the CSS forum for you. There the two Volunteers who help with CSS will notice it and help you.
Please be patient, consult tutorials found here and download the recommended tools > http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/#css-help while waiting for a Volunteer to help you.
WordPress has provided a preview function so you can work on your editing without it being visible to your visitors. > Appearance > Edit CSS
Also be sure to read this article before starting your editing > http://csswiz.wordpress.com/2009/10/15/if-you-have-the-wp-com-css-upgrade/

Since you don’t have the CSS upgrade, you can’t hide that notice. You can switch to a theme that doesn’t display such a notice at all. For the themes you must avoid, check this post:
