Appearance of Home Page

    Can the homepage be rearranged so multiple posts are displayed simultaneously?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi

    You are currently using the Libretto Theme and this one is designed to show all of the posts, one after the other, just like you see on your site rwoelfel2.wordpress.com.

    If you want your readers to be able to see that you have multiple posts faster, you have two options:

    1. You can change your site so that only excerpts, or small portions of your blog posts will be displayed and the reader can click to read more. You can control this in the customizer by going to https://wordpress.com/customize/rwoelfel2.wordpress.com, then selecting Content Options and choosing Post Excerpt from the Blog Display (the first set of options).

    2. The other option, would be to change your theme. All themes show blog posts a little differently. You can view all of the themes at https://wordpress.com/themes/

    One theme that show more posts at once, but do not rely heavily on photos (I noticed you don’t use photos on your site) is https://baskervilledemo.wordpress.com, but you may find many other that you like.

    Hello! is it possible to do this with the free themes, or does it have to be the paid ones? I just can’t figure this out at all.

    My blog is alishaceit.wordpress.com and I want to have just excerpts of each post on each of the menus. any idea?

    It is possible to do excerpts on free themes. Would you please open a new support thread? It’s easier to keep track of details if you have your own.
