Hi @okkesmama, I clicked a few pages on your site and are you by chance talking about the color change when you click a link? If so, that is because the theme has a separate color set for links that have been visited. We can correct that by setting the a:visited link color to the normal color used for links in the theme.
a:visited { color: #828282; }If I’ve misunderstood, please let me know.

Hi @thesacredpath, thank you for your message. The changing color is fine. I don’t know. Maybe it is just a problem at my laptop. When I clicked another page the menu words are jumping. Normally there are dots between the menu words. By clicking they disappears for a moment.
Today I visited my website at another computer and there everything is fine. Do you have seen this, too? -
Hik I see what you are seeing when I click on a menu item. This is a guess, but let’s try adding the following at the very beginning of your custom CSS and see what happens.
.nav-menu > li > a::after { color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.3) !important; content: " •" !important; margin-left: 1em !important; } -
I have tried it, but the problem is still there. And I forgot to say, that also the font changes too for a moment after clicking another page/link at the menu.

@okkesmama, I just visited your site on Safari, Firefox and Chrome and I’m seeing the issue on Chrome and Safari, but not in Firefox, so this may be an issue with webkit-based browsers only. It looks like you are using Chrome and Windows. Can you view and click around on your site in Internet Explorer and let me know if you are seeing this issue there also?
-
Yes I use chrome and windows. It seems quite complicated … That the font changes (it’s weird not every time) I see on explorer, Firefox and chrome. I do not have apple.

@okkesmama, I’m chatting with our developers about this right now and will get back to you as soon as I know what is going on. They are having some problems reproducing it on their machines right now. We are working on it though.
-
Thank you! I appreciate that you will working on it! Hope you find the cause of this problem. Success.

Hi, there is a lag when the custom fonts are loading, which prevents the bullets from loading, and also sometimes allows the original font to show briefly. Given that the custom fonts are loaded from the web server at the web font site, there can be lags if the servers are busy. Even on the Sela demo site, I can see this lag occasionally since the font used in the menu on the non-customized Sela theme is also a web-based font loaded from Google. I was hoping that the code I had given you, placed in your Custom CSS would alleviate the issue, but it was a long shot. There really isn’t anything we can do via CSS to eliminate the sporadic lag.

Hi, @thesacredpath, thank you for your answer. Now I know at least what the problem is. It will probably not be an option to use a different theme, right?
-
Hi @okkesmama, take a look at my response for more information on this behavior. There is also some code in the first post in that thread that you can try to see if it will take care of the delay. There aren’t any guarantees that the other code will completely eliminate the issue, but it would be worth a try and see how things go.
I’m sorry I didn’t get the above link into this thread sooner for you. I was sidetracked before I could do that.
