  how do I change the little icon type picture that comes up when the blog is sent to a person’s email. Eg> on the email, to the left of my title for my post, is a bright green squarish shaped ‘flower’ I really don’t like. Can I change that so it’s a photo or something? ANd how do I change the tiny photo on the upper right corner of the email of the post?

  Hi there!

  WordPress.com associates a Gravatar with your email address. Once you configure your Gravatar, you’ll see it when you post to the forums, when you comment on blogs, and with any post displayed in WordPress.com’s community features. Here’s more information on how to set that image:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/gravatars/

  Once you set that image, that image should also show up in your email notifications.
