Appearance of the main page
-
Hi guys,
So I’ve been trying to change the appearance of my blog (decorationlovers.com) on the main page, because I’ve choose to show only a summary of the posts and I’ve all the posts open in the main page, I can only control the number of posts that appear. But I don’t want it to show full post on the main page, only a summary as it should. Can you guys help me? I would really appreciate, this is driving me mad, I tried everything so far and nothing.
Looking forward to hear from you,
Kindest regards,
Miguel

Hi there,
No problem. You can add the More Tag to your posts manually at the point in your text that you choose, which will truncate your blog entries so that only that portion of text is displayed, along with a link pointing the reader to the full post.
Both visitors to your site and your email followers will also get the same truncated posts when you use this tag.
