  I am new to blogging and don’t know how to clean up my blog template and add links and pictures. Can I speak to someone at wordpress.com or should I upgrade and get help???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What do you mean by ‘clean up my blog template’. Do you mean you wish to empty your site? If yes then check this page –

  and add links and pictures.

  You can add pictures –
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-media/

  And you can add links (I think you’re talking of custom menus) –
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

  Can I speak to someone at wordpress.com or should I upgrade and get help???

  I’m a forum volunteer here and I can try to help :)
  But yes you can talk to the staff as well. I’ll mark this post with modlook tag and they’ll have a look at your questions.

  I don’t know if I’ve solved it. I will keep plugging away.
  Yes when I said cleaned up custom menu is correct and by adding links I mean such as an affiliate link.
  Thank you for the quick response! As I mentioned, I need help so I am not very computer savvy and just went into my email today, since posting this question.
