Appearance on mobile problems.
-
I am wanting to create a webpage that I can share pages or posts on a Facebook page, like all of the postings that have become so popular as of late. I have noticed that some of the pages I have seen are hosted on WordPress also.
My problem I am having is that when I create a page, and share it to my Facebook page, the posting looks normal but when you click on it, it looks like a picture of my page and is very small. The others I see on Facebook open up to a full page, readable, scrollable page.
What am I doing wrong?

Hopefully someone will see this and maybe have an answer soon. I really think I would like to use WordPress, as I see many other pages connect their FB page with their Web posts.

I’m beginning to wonder if anyone is monitoring this forum any longer. I’m really wanting to try WordPress, but can’t seem to get it to post correctly to a Facebook page I have. At least GoDaddy has a live chat link.

Your issue appears to be with Facebook actually.
How do we know HOW you are sharing your WP.com posts with FB? Why don’t you give us that information? How do we know what happens when you click on it? Why don’t you make screenshots and upload them here so we can see.

Ok … now this is way to strange! I’ve been trying to get this to work correctly for 3 or 4 days now. I just now went to the page I posted to, clicked on the posts and they loaded correctly! What’s up with that! They had never, ever loaded correctly before this!!
I’m going to create another page and see if it loads correctly. I honestly hope so.

Post. You’re going to create another POST. Pages are different things.
Have you gone through http://learn.wordpress.com yet? It’s a good starter.

No, I am creating pages, then sharing them to the page. It seems to be working correctly now. Probably 99% of what I’ve done has been done on my phone … which makes it a little more difficult.
-
Oh, I see. You’re creating both. And yes, working on the phone makes it much more difficult.
