Appearance ->Theme->Customize not working?

  I’m using the Oxygen theme and want to set my Showcase page using the Customize options. Suddenly the Customize menu won’t load and neither will the site preview. All I see is “Loading design tools” on the right-hand side, but the menu never completely loads. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
