Appearance, Users and Settings not appearing

    Appearance, Users and Settings don’t appear in the lefthand bar of my blog’s Dashboard. I have other blogs on wordpress so know where they should appear. I need to access them to upgrade my domain, does anyone know how I can make them appear?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    What’s the blog in question? Sounds like you might not be an admin on that blog.
