Appearence
-
Hello I would like to know why the option Appearence does not appear in my dashboard. Thank you
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
It’s there, provided you are logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog.
-
Thank you for your answer. My blog is mamasrealesblog.com, and does not have the option of Appearence in my dashboard, what can it be?
-
The Appearance is a setting that will appear only for the person who is logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog.
-
Thank you for your answer. I am de administrator of the blog, actually I have two blogs, in fcash6 I can see the setting but in mamasreales.blog i cant.
-
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to Appearance.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

Ok, I was invited to be the administrator and editor, the thing is that I am taken just as the editor. How can i change it?
Thanks!
-
You can’t. You do not own the blog. Only the actual blog’s owner who is the original Admin has the access you want to have. And only that person can chnage your user role on the blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#changing-user-roles

Ok, i was sent three invitations by mail, one to follow the blog, the other one to be the editor and the third one to administrate it.
I sow now that i am consider an editor. I accept the invitation to be the administrator but perhaps as i am the editor i cant change that.
what can i do? -
Please have the actual blog’s owner ie. the original Admin log in and post into this thread clearly stating exactly what they want to do. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

You’ll need to have the blog’s owner re-invite you as an Administrator, we can’t do that for you without the blog owner’s permission.
