  This appears offline with a critical error. Everything else is in order, and it is paid up to date. Is it another kind of hack or something?

  The website loads fine at my end but I should note that this is not a WordPress.com website. If this is a self-hosted WordPress website, you would want to talk to your hosting provider to understand what the critical error was about.
